I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience special. From the beautiful rooms with great views to the fantastic amenities and services offered, everything was impressive. My time at Sheraton Grand Macao was absolutely delightful! The staff provided an efficient and warm welcome, making check-in a breeze. I really appreciated the spacious family suite upgrade, which was perfect for my family's staycation. However, I did experience some lengthy wait times at check-in and during breakfast at the Feast, which could be improved. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great amenities and services.
